I highly recommend working with Jade and Paul Talbot. They are incredibly professional, reliable, personable, and knowledgeable. They really went above and beyond to understand our needs and make the entire process go smoothly. Jade and Paul supported us with selling our old house, and we were very satisfied with our final sale price. They made some great recommendations for relatively minor, but high impact upgrades, which really improved the desirability of our house, and which we enjoyed while we were still living in the house. We added a half bathroom, created a walk in closet, and transformed our garage into a home office/guest room. They helped us from start to finish from talking through our budget, to making design decisions, to hiring and coordinating workers, to final staging and all the other details. They were also super helpful with helping us find and purchase our new house. They were available to walk us through the entire process with great insight into the various neighborhoods, pricing trends, potential house upgrades, and tips for making the strongest bid. Jade and Paul are amazing and we were so fortunate to work with them.

Let me begin to say that this review is long overdue. We sold our house with Jade & Paul last year and just bought our new home this last month. We have loved working with this amazing power couple and each brings their unique set of complementary skills. When we sold our house in East Richmond Heights last year, Jade and Paul introduced us to their amazing network of contractors who helped us get our home ready in a little over a month. They were able to help us coordinate & complete all the projects that we weren’t able to accomplish ourselves in 5 years of living there. Jade and Paul were always available to chat through any questions or issues that arose through the process. We felt like we had a team with us the whole way to get us to the finish line (Jade and Paul even brought over additional staging items to help us since we decided to self-stage). Without a doubt, we knew when we were ready to buy a home that we wanted to work with Paul & Jade again. Last month, we bought our new home and we are so thankful that we had the support & dedication from Jade and Paul to help us (they were helping during the closing of the house even while they were on vacation). Honestly, I feel like they always had our backs and tried to be there for us in literally any situation. We are so thankful we met such wonderful people to help us through it all. Thank you Talbot team! I still cannot believe our home selling & buying journey has come to an end in less than a year!

After our first meeting with Jade and Paul, we felt that they were the team to help us sell our property in San Leandro. They were both personable, prepared, and professional. Any negatives perceived by us were answered by them with solutions. We found that to be highly attractive (especially compared to other agents that we interviewed). Due to their expert marketing strategies, our property sold in two weeks with multiple offers! We were so impressed with them that we referred them to friends who are fielding offers now on their property. Jade and Paul are a dynamic team that yielded desired results for us! Our experience with Jade, Paul and the Talbot team was seamless from beginning to end. In the spring, they coordinated the sale of our San Leandro home. Jade and Paul are a power couple who use their strengths in marketing, home sale preparation and client planning to buy and sale homes. They're local agents who have a pulse on the area and truly listen and advocate for their clients. From our first encounter, we were impressed by how well prepared they were with materials, visuals and even an anticipated timeline for our sell. What I loved about Jade and Paul was their enthusiasm when they walked through our home. They shared their vision that highlighted the things we loved most about our home and worked with us to showcase the beauty and warmth of our property. They were realistic about all aspects of the sale and walked us through every step of the process. They literally created a roadmap of the prep process and took our input to develop a plan that we were comfortable with.
