NEVER on time!! 😠 There are people that need to be ON TIME at their medical appointments, school, at their jobs. Those drivers just don't care. They're looking theirs phones and talking but always depart late from the bus station. TERRIBLE service!

I love going on the cat bus I have been ever since with my family and we’ve never had a problem with any bus driver until today. Me and one of my family members were on the bus number 13 at 2:30PM and we were able to get on with our pass but then the driver comes up to us and says we can’t stay on with our drink which I mention we’re fully closed and not open yet and in the past we have got on with our drinks and the bus drivers are really kind and let us stay (I know all bus drivers aren’t the same) but today the bus driver told us we cant have the drinks on the bus and I thought maybe because he thought we were going to be drinking and eating on the bus so my family member went up to the driver and asked if maybe we can put the drinks in our bags thinking he would let us keep the drinks but he kept saying no so we sadly had to get off the bus. Yes I understand the policy is no eating or drinking on the bus but we weren’t doing any of that one thing is eating on the bus and the other is not. Also if he didn’t want us on the bus the bus driver could have told us from the start but no he waited until we were in our seats which I think is kinda sad.

A myriad of misinformation exists of CAT website. The staff has a general lack of caring for riders and often replies to questions asked with "I don't know" or answers that are not truthful. A handful of the bus drivers show compassion and that they care for riders . A 3rd party company employs the staff and pays them an unlivable wage of $10 an hour so is it a surprise no one cares.

They are really making an effort to make riding as easy as possible considering the pandemic PLUS U CAN RIDE ALL YOU WANT & IT'S FREE!!!!
