They will make it sound as bad as they possibly can make it sound calling it a uturn accident. If you get it off your DAC they will still report it on your VOE(verification of employment) not 1 trucking company will touch you with even 1 non DOT reportable preventable & that is why trucking companies don’t report those incidents except Taylor express in hope mills nc does! I begged them to let me pay them for the bent fairings and explained to them that I can’t get hired anywhere because of what they reported & was told no. I was willing to give them $3000 which was more than enough to cover it all but they rather ruin your career for minor incidents when they have insurance & that’s what it’s for! They also play mind games! I can go on and on! They will be going out of business soon because God in heaven sees them & I am His daughter & He will be putting them out of business for me! I’ll have another job & since they forced Gods hand now they gotta go! Just know that when you go out of business there won’t be anything you can do to keep me from getting a job because I have a perfect driving record. No accidents and no points! The only thing keeping me from a job is your lies about me! I was nice & did nothing to provoke you but God is teaching me I gotta fight, not because I want to but because you started it & I am not your victim! You choose the path you choose & now your gonna pay the price!

What ever you do, Don’t go with this company!! Because if you leave them, even while bringing their truck back to their yard. They will BLACK LIST YOU! This is not a great company to drive for. And watch out for a dispatcher name TINA. She’s rude for one. And talks to you like you’re a child. You will not get the miles that you’re promised. Then if you’re on guaranteed pay she would make up some you didn’t do to keep from getting the guarantee pay. If you don’t like making money then you would love babysitting the wheel and sitting a lot with no pay. They will be friendly with you till you get in with the company and then down hill they will take you. I lost so much with this company. You been WARNED!! Don’t believe me see for yourself. Have a back up plan with another company lined up because you will need it. And the black list didn’t affect me because I own my own trucking business Now!

Low pay, and they constantly harass you. Heavy micromanagement, you'll be lucky to bring home a thousand dollars here. There's no room for growth. Just look at all the trucks they have sitting around, that should tell you something
