If you want to go to work to work, these guys will keep you busy. When it is time to be home, they get you there. This is Trucking, like any business, every year you have to find 25% new work. To replace the 25% attrition, these guys find 35-40% new work and promptly dismiss those that cannot load or unload a truck quickly. So yeah, they go for base hits and win the game, those that try for home runs strike out alot. You try for base hits and the home runs are in the bag.

Just watched your truck KYU 018256 use an off ramp then on ramp to jump ahead 10 cars in a construction zone on 96. Must of been a super important load.

I work for these guys. Trucking has its annoyances overall. But TDC does a good job keeping me happy mostly. The pay is good and the equipment is great. Also a very understanding group of guys. If any driver is looking for a job, give TDC a shout. See if it’s a company that might fit your needs.

Zero stars for the driver on US-10 texting and driving today (and going off road/shoulder) with this company name… but 5 stars to the person who spoke with me by phone who said they would handle this situation. 18 wheelers texting and driving is NOT smart.
