First off I'm a former employee of TDS. I worked for TDS for over a year only to set for 2 months and be fired with no explanation at all. I worked for this company and bent over backwards only to be told when my house burned that if I went home after 2 weeks that I had already been on the road to take care of my wife that had smoke inhalation and or 2 week old daughter that I would be fired. After I just had lost everything I owned. I stayed against my better judgment at the time but me and mine needed the money more than anything. I've personally seen there drivers steal products from trailers they have shipped. I've seen there drivers leave blown out tires from mobile homes on the side of exit ramps. I've witnessed there drivers speed and commit multiple log book infractions all while being instructed to do so by Tommy or Jason because as in there words it's a "Hot Load" and it had to be there so make it work. I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company. They treat drivers and are morally sub par at best. I'm still waiting on a response to why I was fired.
