1 star is only because unfortunately you can’t put 0 stars. Trusted this company with moving into my 1st home and they ruined the experience for me. Broke multiple items in my home during the move. One of the workers was clearly intoxicated by an unknown alcoholic beverage and dropped my television, not only damaging the screen but the pixels inside. Snapped my bar room rack in half instead of wheeling it out on a dolly and caused the wood to be damage and split. Damage my queen size bed reassembled without the directions that were provided to them. Movers were negligent in damage my brand new painted walls but carelessly scratching and chipping paint off the walls. The worker then tried to overcharge me by $1300 and when I asked to speak to his supervisor refused multiple times.. called the company for 3 weeks on how to proceed with getting my property reimbursed and got no direction until I stated I would visit in person. After about 3 months their insurance company reached out and stated they’re only reimbursing for $44 after I paid almost $2000 for the move. As disappointing as this is, I highly recommend you do your homework on how moving company insurance policies work. The staff wasn’t helpful at all and they made a accomplishment that took years for my family to receive into a ongoing nightmare.
