Sadly, I called over a month ago and spoke at length with someone who did not work in the office but was a person who was paid to answer the phone. She was nice enough, and transferred me to someone in the office who was also nice enough. That person told me a consultant / mover would call me back in a couple days and even gave me their number so I'd know it was them when they called. Unfortunately no one ever called back. They did, however, appear to put me right back on the automated call list and I was bothered for another two weeks with the bot calling me. I was already past that step. I don't think I'll go with any of these Allied or North American movers because the very nice guy from North American did the exact same thing and never called back. I was surprised by that because I had told him I was calling him because the person from Allied never called back and he apologized and promised to call me when it came time for an estimate. I hope I can find someone in this city to move me.

These folks were amazing. Starting from the initial phone call, to the consultant, to the moving guys... great customer service! We had a complicated move that the team helped us execute. Our estimate was very close to the actual costs. The people handling the boxes and furniture were careful to take care of our things. We appreciate them so much for helping!

They are five generations of movers I worked with Mike Sanders and his sister Sara. They were very thoughtful honest people who took care of my family and belongings on a cross country move. it seemed like an insurmountable task when we started. This was my second cross country move. The first one did not go so well thank God we found Ted R Sanders moving. The move went like clockwork. There were no problems. Nothing broken. It couldn’t have been any better.. there are so many horror stories about cross country movers. You will have no worries if you use these guys they are the best and when you call the company for anything one of the Sanders family inevitably answers the phone I’m not sure how many of them there are, but there are a lot it’s a family run business, I can’t thank them enough Sincerely, and gratefully, Randy Collins

I do not recommend Ted R Moving. When we moved from Tennessee to Florida, we purchased damage insurance, but no point in it. Several things were damaged, including family heirlooms. Anything damaged, was assessed by them and determined to have been already damaged, despite not having evidence. We should have sued, but just another headache. 2 years later and I notice our $4k sofa is uneven. Upon inspection, they lost 5 foot pegs of a sectional sofa, middle section. They just installed it without them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! No matter what their response is to this, you have been warned.

A great moving company! They are efficient, on time and reliable. They volunteered their services for a recent event raising funds for pediatric cancer research. We needed a moving van and some help with transporting furniture and they were there to help! They are a great business to support and we are grateful to know them.
