This is worst experience I’ve had with a business in awhile. I cancelled my unit rental last month after a burglary and they are still charging me! I told the Forward storage that I wanted to cancel. They let me believe it was cancelled. It was not. I live 3 hours away from this dump and now I have to go back to get out of this rental, that’s been empty for a month and they are still charging me. Save yourself the stress and money and go somewhere else.

This is now FORWARD STORAGE MEMPHIS, I tried to rent one unit and Trisha the lady on the phone rented me two units, after going up there and seeing the units were not going to work. I called and called and no one ever answered, I tried to cancel on the website and no option, I finally get in touch with them and Trisha was so rude to me, I asked for her supervisor and she would not give me the information, I asked for corporate number nope, I told her to listen to the recording from our call and she pretty much called me a liar when she is lying. No customer service at all! Worst customer service I ever experienced they took my money and charged me for something I didn’t agree to. It is crazy how this place is!! The supervisor is supposed to call me this afternoon, we shall see, I will update the results later! Smh Okay UPDATE! Yep these people offer terrible customer service! If you are smart stay away from this place! I wish I did! Worst storage facility ever! They do not communicate properly and they are extremely rude!

We used Tennessee Moving & Storage last year, and it was an outstanding experience. We had to move out of our home while our floors were being repaired. The guys from Tennessee Moving & Storage were professional and handled all of our furniture with care, wrapping each piece and placing it on the truck and taking it to a storage unit. Upon move-in, the guys took great care to make sure they put each piece of furniture in the correct place according to the photos they'd taken upon moving us out. Just as importantly, they were kind and friendly. I would not hesitate to use them for any moving needs going forward. A plus!

Scott and his crew were great to work with while moving my dad, very professional and thorough! They arrived when they said they would, and had his stuff loaded up and delivered to his new house in a very timely manner. Every one of the guys went out of his way to make sure all items were loaded safe and secure on the truck and arrived in one piece at the new house, with 100% success I may add! I highly recommend them for any moving needs you have.

Tennessee Moving and Storage moved my mother into an independent living apartment yesterday and did a great job! They were responsive to my calls/ emails and showed up on time and ready to work. The move was difficult because of space restrictions and distance from elevate to her room and they did it in 100 degree heat with no complaints and smiles on their faces! Highly recommend them for any move you need to make.
