Amazing hard-working movers! They are so affordable especially for the quality of services they provide. I had a big move and they took care of everything including disassembly/assembly and had extra boxes/tape for loose items. My move was for 9am and they showed up early at 8:30 am ready to go. They were so friendly and professional and kept their promise of the quote they gave me plus the added 30 minutes it took. They were transparent throughout the whole process from the original quote, to the very end of the move. I’m so happy with my experience and will use them again in the future! Definitely recommend!

The guys were quick, put everything in the right place, and did an overall great job. The reason I cannot give 5 stars is because of the mishap I experienced yesterday. My move was scheduled for 1:30pm, they did not show up to my storage unit until 4:15pm. My building has a policy that the move needs to be completed by 5pm or they start to charge you $100/hour. It all worked out in the end they were done by 7pm, but it was extremely stressful. I’d recommend that if you have time restrictions to schedule the morning appointment. Even though this happened and I cried in my car for 2 hours with the management company of my building yelling at me… I’d still recommend Tera Moving because Karen is a pleasure to work with and the guys are quick & efficient.

My mother is disabled so we definitely needed help moving out of our apartment. They were patient, kind and caring with us and our belongings. Fast and professional as they also reassembled our furniture! He even tuned my guitar for me! So appreciative of the company and service. I would definitely move with them again.
