Terry is the best Mercedes mechanic that there is, and one of the nicest people that you could meet. While I had a CLK 320 Terry took amazing care of it for my many years of ownership, and during that time it was more like dealing with a friend than a mechanic. He's second to none, a great guy, and his work is impeccable. If you need a Merc guy who lives and breathes mercedes, look no further, you won't find better because nobody is. I hope alls well Terry. Very happy customer. I will definitely use Terry and his son again in the future. They have serviced my car (2018, E220d Estate) and replaced all four discs & brake pads. Booked car in by phone, car was ready on both occasions for collection at agreed time. The price quoted for work was also kept. These two guys are very knowledgeable about Mercedes, they're more than capable of fixing any issues that may arise with your Mercedes. I would 100% recommend them to anyone with a Mercedes

My older E class began to experience a few problems. It was misdiagnosed by two other mechanics as needing a new timing chain. So I brought it to Terry and his son George. It was the best decision i made. They checked absolutely everything in the car, ran full diagnostics and explained everything that was needed to resolve the issues, including the air conditioning which wasn't working. They quickly confirmed there was nothing wrong with the timing chain so saved me a fortune there. When i picked up the car, it drove like new. It has never driven better. Smooth, quiet and responsive. They are absolute masters of their trade and they are honest and decent to the core. Terry took time out of his busy day to explain everything to me, and phoned me with any updates when he said he would. There is nothing they don't know about a Mercedes engine, and they are meticulous in their attention to detail. They even cleaned the entire engine too it was absolutely spotless when i got it back. Like new. I will only be bringing my car to Terry from now on.

The customer service was fantastic and they had the car done in good time on an affordable price. Would highly recommend them especially if you got a Mercedes as they are masters of their craft.
