TexSun Moving helped us move our household goods for a 3500 sq ft house. They came and loaded up, taking about 8 hours (on par compared to about 10 hours we'd experienced with our last two corporate relocations), then stored our goods on their truck for three days, in between our house closings. They came and unloaded everything, and while it still took about 8 hours to unload, it was due to being a person short, and they also charged less because of this. We ended up paying less than originally quoted, which was a nice bonus. We were given very clear instructions on packing, and we pointed out our valuable items to take special care of. Everything made it without being broken or damaged. I made the arrangements over the phone, so I did follow up in writing via email to make sure we both had everything correct regarding date, cost estimate, etc. On the day our goods were delivered, one of our new neighbors came out and asked if she could ask Don and the team to move a heavy desk out to her garage. She offered to pay them, but Don told us he'd do it without charging her to help us build up a good neighborly relationship. That was really nice of them. Overall a great experience, and we'd recommend them if you need reliable movers.
