Texan has now moved me 4 or 5 times. We almost always get at least one crew member we recognize and they are alway in top form. This move went as smoothly as a move can. Our team was excellent and had our whole 2 bedroom apartment moved out and into our new place in just barely over 2 hours including the drive and the price cannot be beat. I will never use another mover so long as Texan is around! Thanks!

I finally unpacked my $250+ Kitchenaid stand mixer and it was badly damaged. I don't see how you can even dent metal this thick unless you drop it. The back is falling off, it doesn't sound normal, and smells like it's burning now. My husband emailed and they never responded. So I emailed them to let them know I wanted to be reimbursed for the cost to fix it, and got a couple rude emails back with horrible grammar saying that I or anyone else could have damaged it, or it could have been broken before I packed it. Really? They completely denied damaging it and won't pay a cent to fix it. So they quite literally will just drop your boxes and say it was broken before they got there. We paid $725 for this service and several other furniture pieces had minor scratches that I figured is just the price of hiring the convenience of movers, so I didn't mention it to them. But finding my mixer like this and getting THIS response? Find another company. I also posted this on Yelp and Facebook, and their rambling response is quite a treat to read. It's a perfect example of how they talk to their customers. They even accused me of threatening and insulting, so I included the 2 emails I sent on Yelp and Facebook.

Texan Moving was great. They quickly responded to my internet request last weekend. Scheduling was easy (even with 2021 Winter ❄️ 🥶 From Hell). The pricing was exactly what they said it would be. The pricing by the hour is the way to go and I am glad that I chose these guys to do my move. Five hours to move more than what my last movers took eight hours to move two years ago. Nothing was damaged and the movers had great attitudes and moving skills. These guys are the best movers I have ever used.

These guys are the absolute best. They showed up 15 minutes early, wrapped every piece of furniture to ensure no dings/scratches, never used any foul language, were 100% courteous and professional, super friendly, and worth every penny for my move. I had a 3500 sqft house with tons of stuff - they packed it all like tetris into the huge 40ft trailer. Other movers I've used had smaller trailers and had to make 3 trips to do the exact same move. I would totally use these guys again - in fact, I had them move my mom a week after my move.
