Ricard O. and John Rodriguez were amazing! They got the work done in under an hour and had a great attitude the whole time. They were so kind and got everything how I wanted. Even though it was on the third floor, they were hustling. Highly recommend, especially those two!

These movers were not professional or timely. My 1 bedroom apartment was on the first floor and it took them almost 3 hours to load not even unload. They took their time I’m pretty sure one went on break because he disappeared for 30 mins. They said they would have a mattress cover so I didn’t need to get one. But they never wrapped my mattress. There a giant whole in the van which left everything we owned open to the elements. See picture below. I would not recommend this company. They gave us a time frame of arrival but than arrived an hour early so the only a 5 minute warning. I missed a call from work do to this.

John & Richard made my move SO EASY. It didn't have to lift a thing and they even put together my new couch and bed for me. They were so nice, efficient, and actually made my move fun with their humor. Arrived right on time and worked quickly. Big thank you to the both of them and I highly recommend the pair in the future!!

Gotta give a shout out to Richard O. and Gabriel for making my move easy. We travelled from San Antonio to Edinburg, and they had positive attitudes throughout the entire move. These guys were super helpful, respectful, and were funny, too! I felt comfortable with them being our movers and everything unfolded swiftly. Again, thank y'all for being patient and helpful.

*DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY * Save yourself, the trouble and a headache and the stress and please choose another company to move with ! My initial quote was the day hourly rate that they would come move my things for - turns out that the lie they charge a Base fee on top of every single hour that they’re there . That was not clarified in the beginning at all. These guys charge me a total of $500 for two hours.! Talk about thieves! Then continue to tell me at the end when I asked them to call me back so we can discuss pricing, they began to threaten me by saying we are calling the police because we’re not leaving until you pay us. Let’s talk about when the crew got there - I’m trying my best to be nice but these two honestly looked hung over most definitely had no experience, they were taking their time & just plain out moving slow. Not even five minutes on the job and one of the guys asked me to charge his personal phone in my car! At the end of moving out of a storage that was not at full capacity I had to start moving boxes with two children because they were not moving at all! They were supposed to bubble wrap things decided not to bubble wrap I said nothing I said that’s fine let’s get this going- even with that incentive to get the job going faster they did not perk up at all. There was no pep in their step. There was no urgency- you could tell they didn’t want to be there. Another moving truck pulled up to the storage to unload & those gentlemen jumped out of the truck, and we’re hustling like they were on a real job. And even with that the two gentlemen that Guillermo sent me we’re dragging their feet. The initial phone call stated that the gentleman will help put the furniture together- and of course they left without putting any furniture together. When I talked to the office over the phone he was not understanding at all. He was not trying to hear me out. All he kept saying was I need to take your money I need to take your credit card I need you to pay me. Everything was about pay them and nothing was not customer service. Please be careful with these guys. Just my experience.
