As other reviews have stated, I wish I could give this company zero stars. Not only was I unable to get consistent tracking information, I was completely blindsided by the automated responses claiming I would receive my package in the next “24-48” hours. It’s now been 5 days and they still couldn’t give me a clear answer. I had to reach out to Zara personally and get them to really dig to realize that my entire package was already being sent back or was lost (or stolen, who knows anymore). The silly thing is that they originally “attempted” to deliver my package and it was “unsafe” to deliver so they said they would re-attempt. I gave them building access codes and detailed instructions. The re-attempt was never made, and my tracking was never updated either. They managed to deliver the smallest part of my large order just fine the same day on that original “failed attempt” day, yet couldn’t seem to drop off the big portion of it…and we had concierge services in at the time, too. Now I’m out on my items and can’t even reorder them because things are out of stock. Avoid this company at all costs or attempt to see if the place you’re buying from uses them to carry out shipments. I’ve never had an issue like this in the two+ years I’ve been in my apartment building…RIDICULOUS.

Not Delivered as per the delivery notice! I contacted Nordstom and I also sent a inquiry to TForce. The courier service confirmed it was delivered and then followed up with a photo of a package that was so blurry, it could have been any package anywhere in the world. After a few back and forth messages over a few days, the package miraculously showed up at my door. Today, I am having the same problem. I received a notice that my package was delivered. I work from home, so when I received the notice, I checked my door and of course...no package! I have given it a few days, just in case they figured out the error by now. I sent a inquiry, so lets see if that helps. I'm wondering when Nordstrom is going to stop using this service?

I wish I could give a zero star. I was waiting for the package from Nordstrom Rack for the whole day. It was finally delivered at 8:32pm and was left at a blind spot in front of our step which we could possibly step on the package without seeing it and slipped. We have a big sign to ask all deliveries to ring the doorbell but the delivery person didn’t even bother to spend 2 seconds to press the doorbell button. If I didn’t see the email from Nordstrom Rack that told me the package is delivered, this package would be left at our door for the entire night and also cause potential hazard for my family in the next morning. I am not asking too much but just want to be notified by ring the doorbell and it is unacceptable for the delivery person not even want to spend the 2 seconds to press a button.

I was at home for the whole day yesterday, Friday, and I was expecting a package from Nordstrom Rack. The tracking number showed the package was delivered at 3:04 pm at parcel r but when I checked there and at the rest of the building, I couldn't find it. We have amazon parcel lockers, we have other parcel lockers which usps use, but also they could come to ring a bell at my door. They could even leave the package at the leasing office to some person who works there. You cannot just drop package into a room and leave it unintended. So, I contacted Nordstrom Rack, but I will call police, and will also go to TForce office at Hayward to talk to manager about this. They know for sure who delivered the package on Friday at my building. This has to be resolved!

I’m sitting here waiting for my delivery from Nordstrom. At 8:45 pm I get a “sorry we missed you” email when I AM AT HOME. I have emailed Nordstrom and let them know I won’t be ordering from them anymore. This isn’t the first time I have dealt with the incompetence of this delivery company. I live in a building on a busy street and they have dumped packages on the sidewalk in front of the building. Right below the call box they could have used to be buzzed into the building.
