Worst Customer Service Business I have ever dealt with. Called them for a tow on Feb 23, 2022 at 12:00pm. They said they would be out in 45 min to 1 hour. Did not show up for 3 hours. Before they showed up, I needed to change my delivery address to a different one bc my Service agreement would not be honored at Firestone. I called Toro back to change delivery location, was told to just tell the Driver where to take it. I typed up a document stating the new location: Changed from Firestone to Dealership. Tow Truck Driver arrived after 3:00pm, he did not speak English very well. I tried to tell him where to take the car, I handed him the document with the new address. 30 minutes later I get a call from Firestone asking why my vehicle is there bc I had told them I needed it to go to Dealership. Firestone Mgr was very professional, tried to tell the TT Driver take it to the address on Document. Driver wouldn't do it and left. I called Toro back, they said for an additional $150 they would pick it up again and take it to Dealership. I was not going to pay an additional $150 to them to correct their error. I called Courtesy Towing (San Jose) and they picked up vehicle and got it to Dealership. I am disputing this $150 charge as I did not get the service I had requested. The Toro Call center I talked with was obviously working from home bc I could hear her child in the background. I don't think she had time or wanted to correct the new location address I requested. Very poor service in calling and towing. Don't use this business. You will regret it. **Update: Took 3 months, but I did get a refund.

The driver Ben showed up on time which was approximately 15min after ordering the tow for a company vehicle. We had a 40min drive together to the drop destination and had great friendly conversation to make the time go by faster. His driving was safe and the tow cab was kept clean. He was very quick and thorough loading the vehicle as well as unloading the vehicle. I usually don’t write a review on companies but this one was worth mentioning as I found it the best tow experience i have ever had in my 40yr lifetime. Thanks for the great service and conversation Ben! Keep up the excellent work!

Amazing service! Dispatch team was extremely helpful and the driver was the best ever. I was in a very hard area to find (San Pablo Reservoir) but he took his time to find it, called me to keep me updated on this ETA. He has the car loaded in mins and we were off. He was extremely careful with my car, drove really well. We had a great conversation all the way to San Jose. Unloading the car at the shop and parking it in safe location was handled professionally. Highly recommend Toro Road Runners.

I do have to say i was very impressed by the quality of service i got from this company. The dispatch Kristine is very nice and worked with me on the prices. The wait time of the tow truck was about 35 minutes as promissed. If I went with my AAA i wouldve waited about 3 hours! Awesome job guys!

Terrible service, driver never showed up, person on the phone was extremely rude and tried to charge me cancellation, not to mention she hung up the phone on me when I told them I am canceling
