Terrible customer support. Product is terrible, got stranded twice and device would not link to satellites, had to walk out. Tried to cancel service and was told there are NO refunds! Do NOT buy this product! Spend a few dollars more and get InReach, they work anywhere.

Company will automatically upgrade you to a more expensive service without confirmation. Cancellation of contract is difficult and meant to keep you cycling for another year. I wouldn't count on them.

No Contact Adress, no eMail adress for Acount canceling, Whats that for an "Company" ??? Company will *** automatically upgrade*** you to a ** more expensive ** service ** without confirmation**. Cancellation of contract is difficult !!!!!!

Took forever to get a hold of anyone to try and place a tax exempt order. They still charged me tax after I followed their steps. Nobody picks up the phone or responds to emails. Avoid this company like the flu.
