I would give more then 5 stars if possible. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. The gal who waited on me was very nice. They'd already sold the type of washing machine I wanted so she sent me to the sister store in Spring Lake to pick out one that was similar. The fellow who waited on me was very helpful. Just had the machine hooked up today and already I am loving it. This place is wonderful. To find a local business with good customer service and military owned is a real treasure.

Buyer Beware. I purchased a front loader washer/dryer set on pedestals. It was delivered and set up perfectly. The washer was really noisy and the clothes seemed much wetter than what I was used to. I called and Jasmin sent out the technician who said it had problems and they would need to order a new part. Amazingly, they offered me a loaner which while I had it, did seem to work. The part gets replaced, the washer returned and a few loads later I now have water all over the floor. I decide to exchange this set because I no longer trust the set to do the job. Not a problem. The next set I get the washer is unable to complete the load because it is out of balance. This was apparent on the day of delivery. The technicians come out and tell me it wasn’t leveled and I need to wash bigger loads. They level the washer. I attempt to wash 3 loads of varying sizes and I was unable to get the washer to stay balanced to it could complete the load. By this time I had been struggling to get my wash done for 4 months. It was at this point that I decided that enough was enough and went and purchased a new washer and dryer. I feel that the staff at $20 Moving Truck are easy to work with, show up when they say they are going to, and are responsive to calls and call backs. I would give them 5 stars easily. The problem from my perspective is that their products are poor. They claim to “test” their products but I suspect that testing is just plugging it in to see if it runs. I also noted that I got the brand new washer and dryer for a few hundred dollars more than I paid for the used, defective set. Lesson learned.

Excellent service from start to finish., beginning with my contact to inquire and request delivery. The crew assembled furniture perfectly. I will definitely recommend them, and of course call again when the need arises. Thank you David, Tyrek, and Atrieve 🙂

The $20 Moving truck is definitely the g.o.a.t when it comes to moving. They are very friendly & their turn around time for moving, disassembling & reassembling is phenomenal. They made my move extremely easy. Thank you so much for your expertise & for not letting me have to worry about my move. Tyrik & his crew member(sorry I can't remember your name) did an amazing job. This was the best moving experience I had ever had. And I move quite often! They were professional. On time and stayed within the promised time frame which allowed me to stay within my budget. All items were delivered and remained in top condition. I truly appreciate the team here in Fayetteville NC. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others.
