I used The Careful Move to move a baby grand piano I had purchased from a trailer into my house. They were very professional. They were easy to communicate with, prompt on arrival time and careful handling my instrument. I would recommend their services to everyone and will use them again.

As a piano mover in the same industry as Careful Move. I have worked along side these guys and I enjoy assisting them whenever they need my help. They along with Advanced Piano handled the PIPPA SHOW here in Las Vegas and were very very professional. They have lent me on numerous times 9 ft boards and has even returned equipment to Encore in California for me. From Mattie to Adrian to All of these guys thank you. Although we are in the same industry it's nice to know you guys are there if and when I need some help.

Beware: The original owner (Erick) sold this company two years ago and they are NO LONGER reliable. (These new owners also claim to still be Erick, which is also manipulative and bad business practice…) I wish I didn’t have to write this, as I support small businesses, especially as a Las Vegas-based concert pianist… and I wish Erick left his company in better hands because he would be so upset to know that the reputation of his company has gone down. My friend just had a new Yamaha C3 delivered and when my technician went to install a Disklavier (the automated player system), there was a huge troubleshooting issue—at the complete fault of Careful Move. They are also not on time or committed to their schedule — and they kept switching DAYS on my friend. They also moved another friend’s unique, antique piano last year and damaged it, but tried to push the blame onto another (their rival) company… There are other options in Las Vegas. I would urge people to use those other options.

I needed experienced piano movers to move my 100-year-old upright grand into our new house from the garage. It was the easiest, quickest, and most professional piano move I've ever experienced in the multiple times I've moved this piano. They were friendly and most importantly, careful with the piano and had great communication with each other. Moving a piano is normally an ordeal, but they made it look so easy. And for their price, it's completely worth it. Thank you so much for taking the stress out of it for me. I truly appreciate it.

Best service! Very professional I made the same day appointment. They came on time, and did very quick&professional moving. Unfortunately, there's a issue happened because of my mistakes. My friend tried to transfer piano money(2k)to me, but he transferd to the owner of the careful mover. Eric was super honest and helpful, he gave all of it back to me after I told him. I do appreciate his help and his amazing job! Thank you so much!
