Do not use these people for your move, they destroyed my furniture they destroyed my chest. & TV Console, and broke my Trundle from my daybed they did not compensate me for it. Alex Just wanted to replace my TV console with something used I was so busy with everything that I didn’t take them to small claims court which I still can. You think you have insurance through these movers but think again. Its very unfortunate that my sectional couldn’t fit through my elevator so they ended up keeping it Because I couldn’t just leave it in the lobby All my furniture was only 4 1/2 months old with the exception of the sectional, which was six months old. Stay away from these people seriously, they don’t Care and there is no insurance on your stuff. It’s all BS. Because they didn’t offer to go through insurance. They gave me nothing. Shame on them.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! From start to finish it was a DISASTER. Their communication was terrible. The driver said he would be there 2 separate times, NEVER SHOWED up, and called me hours later saying that he was not even in the same state. Alex, the owner, said he would call me back many times throughout the process and he never returned my call, NOT ONCE. I had to call back time after time to ask when they were picking my stuff up. Then they apparently farmed my job out to a completely separate company. I hired Miami Movers to be a full service mover and they turned into a broker (which I never agreed to), they kept my deposit, and then Alex avoided my attempts to contact him from then on. I demanded a refund of my deposit to Miami Movers because I didn’t hire a broker, emailed and called multiple times — they’ve never gotten back to me. To add insult to injury, the new company then charged me more than the agreed upon price with Miami Movers and they charged me additional bogus fees (literally a fee for moving “bulky” items). Upon delivery they added more extra fees and were holding my items hostage in the truck until I paid. We ended up having to call the POLICE on the delivery driver just to get him to write down the bogus charges in the invoice and oversee the payment because he was extremely unprofessional. To top it all off, my TV and a piece of furniture were broken…

Fodner and his colleague were just amazing: we needed to move a lot of heavy boxes and pieces of forniture and they were extremely quick, professional and considerate. Nobody likes movings but with this kind of help, you can be very happy! Very recommended!
