Just had service completed moving from the Eastside to the Westside. Could not find enough adjectives to explain the great service we had from Troy, Troy and Jay. Based on their availability, they will be our first request for all of our moving needs going forward. Their service was transparent and made what could be considered as a stressful undertaking no stress at all!!!

I hired The Movers 911 to perform a relatively simple move. The conversation I had with the office when confirming the move was 2 men at approximately $84 an hour per man, plus a one-time fuel charge. During my conversation I described the move and the items being moved and requested a cap on the price of $1,000.00 which they agreed to. The day of the move one guy came early, he was clearly the lead mover, and he stated that my time would not start until the second man got there, he proceeded to get to work. Once the second man got there 20 minutes later, the lead mover presented me with contract paperwork. The price per man was correct but there was no mention of the $1,000.00 cap. He stated that he would have to confirm that with his office because “people say that all of the time.” When he came back from his truck, he stated that the office has no recollection of agreeing to a $1,000.00 cap. I told him to unpack the truck and they did. My brother in-law and myself proceeded to rent a U-Haul and made the move ourselves. Bear in mind that I’m 61 and my brother in-law is 56, not really the type of torcher we were ready to put our bodies through that day. However, I refused to work with a dishonest company that probably thought that I would just go with it because it was too late. Don’t be fooled by their high Google star rating, I just sold a company and know that you can pay someone to improve your rating by posting five-star ratings from various computer-generated email addresses. I don’t know if they did that, but logic tells me that a moving company with a 4.8-star rating is fishy/impossible. I chalk this experience up to a simple bate and switch. Please beware.

We recently moved my father in law from his independent living to an assisted living. Jonathan and Troy were awesome. They were on time, professional, polite and made it very easy to fet things done. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again 👍
