This company is amazing! As a military family who moves all the time, this may be the best group of guys that I have seen in over 16 years! My truck was delayed two hours, and they still came to help me unload at 8pm! Their customer service is amazing and they do it for a great price! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

These guys are just amazing. They were fast but efficient. They had to play Tetris with my out of town loaders bad job. They helped with taking pictures while still unloading my 22ft truck into an indoor storage. They never complained about my heavy boxes and furniture. And they listen to me about what I needed to be upfront in the storage. I was very impressed on their work. The boss stayed on site to ensure a great job. I’ll be using them again when I move to my house

I can't say enough about The movers of El Paso. When I wrote asking for a quote, the response came in very quick. I was surprised. Then when I was ready to move, they responded immediately again. We set a date and time to what they were very punctual. Even though it was very hot, and my furniture super heavy and on a second floor, they kept a great attitude. They were very careful to wrap my furniture and to load and unload without damaging it. I had a very thin mirror that was already chipped that ended up breaking on it's way to our destination. The owner offered to give me credit for it. I told him it wasn't necessary, that it was very flimsy. Well, he gave me the credit for what it was worth anyways. They moved diligently and at a great speed getting everything done in timely fashion. I was truly impressed with their service and would hire them again anytime. Thank you Leo, Pierro and Omar, you guys were great!

I’m about to be a legit “Karen” . They “moved” my stuff. Sadly I do not know why they thought it was okay to drag my bed bare. It did have the protecting cover but that’s MY 200$ cover I use with my sheets. So now I have a stained protective cover that I have been washing over and over to get the stains out. Those bed covers are not cheap they are to insure the mattress itself. If I damage the cover it invalidates the insurance. So it kinda defeated the purpose of even hiring movers. Also they did not cover my couches up. I ended up having to dust them off when they left. Also while they were loading my couches they put the cushions all on the floor outside. I should have said something but I didn’t, I was to embarrassed to tell them the expectations of their job. It was an almost 400$ service plus my $200 protective cover that ended damage which potentially uninsures my 3,000 mattress . When they left I cried so much out of frustration cause I’m by myself. Things aren’t cheap. It was only a bedroom set and a living room. Just the furniture! I was very excited for this move but now… this.

The movers were fantastic! They were on-time (actually called if they could come earlier which was great) and loaded up the moving truck really well! Tried their best to make sure all items were secured for the trip. They even rehooked the car-hauler for me when they were finished. Super helpful!!
