Hands down the best place for all your supplies for moving! Prices of some things are a bit high compared to other places but THE VARIETY OF PRODUCTS IS UNMATCHED. Check out the pics ;) The service is really great also. Hours are limited so check out the pic of that also. They rent plastic bins if you don't want to buy cardboard boxes (guaranteed to be brand new) and they are a U-Haul dealer as well. Special shout out to Dennis who is extremely accommodating & service oriented! :D Oh also they are way down at the back corner unit of the building.

incredible experience! we arrived a bit after closing since google's hours were marked wrong, and the lady serving my dad and I wasn't even bothered about it! the service was great, and we really appreciate her kindness and patience. the place isn't too big so you're not overwhelmed by choice, and everything was easy to grab. would highly recommend for your box and moving needs!!!

UPDATE: This is an update to my previous review where I wrote that UHaul charged me an extra 38% on top my what was, to my understanding, stipulated in the rental agreement. Sue, from the Moving Store, has made right the situation by connecting with head office, and then connecting with me to explain what happened. She has also refunded me the extra charges. I am impressed with her honesty and integrity, and I would do business with her again, knowing that she would make things right.

The store charged us an extra $25 for cleaning fee. During the initial inspection, I mentioned to them that the van is very dirty, and they told me that it’s fine. But they still charged us a cleaning fee after we returned the car for their pre existing dirt.

Susan is friendly, super helpful and very knowledgeable. She even took the time to explain the weight/mass that each type of box could hold and suggestions on how to pack it. We bought a 1 bedroom package and it came with a lot of stuff. It was definitely worth it. Her prices are reasonable and the quality of the boxes, stickers, bubble wrap, etc. was solid. I'll be using her in future, and I'll be recommending her to my friends and family.
