TLDR: By far, this was the best moving experience I've ever had. Highly recommend! I've moved every 3-5 years so I have a lot of experience moving and have encountered every possible issue you can run into when moving in and out of state. Absolutely everything went so smoothly with this company. We had two days scheduled - one to pack and one to move. A crew of three guys - Alex, Miram, and Rachman (please excuse any spelling mistakes) - packed us up and moved us in under 10 hours between the two days. They were incredibly kind and professional. What we were most impressed by was their packing technique. We have A LOT of glassware and ceramics - not a single thing was broken or scratched during the moving process. They wrapped everything so well from furniture to the smallest of objects to ensure its safe arrival. We really appreciate their help and couldn't have asked for a better move. One note to managers/schedulers - we specifically requested an arrival no earlier than 10 AM due to building policies, but the crew arrived at 8 AM on the first day as they had been instructed by their scheduler. This did result in an issue at our apartment complex, but we spoke with the crew to ensure they arrived at the correct time on the second day. Overall, thanks for a fantastic moving experience!

This was the easiest and smoothest move I’ve ever had! Sam and Steven were AMAZING and took great care of us. I called only 24 hours in advance to set this up and it lined up perfectly. The guys were so fast, efficient, careful and polite. I am so happy. They just made my transition so easy. Thank you!!!

We hired The Rock Movers to handle our daughters move from her 3rd floor apartment to a storage unit. It was during the San Diego heatwave and the temperatures were crazy high. The apartment complex does not have an elevator so the guys carried everything down 2 floors. Then on the other end at the storage facility the actual unit was on a 2nd floor, but it did have an elevator. All of that to say the move was a lot of work. That said, I wanted to say the team was excellent. They communicated well, handled all of her belongings carefully and with respect and were also fast and efficient! When dealing with the office from initial questions, to making the reservation through to the move itself everyone was also great. They managed all my questions and concerns and put me at ease. Everything went great and we're very happy with the move and the service The Rock Movers provided. I'm happy to recommend them 100% as the company for your next move.

What an amazing experience. Alex and Elman moved me so quickly. They loaded up my one bedroom apartment in San Diego quickly, helped me finish packing, and met me at my new apartment in Los Angeles. Unloading was even faster, and my new place feels like home. They were polite and careful and everything I could hope for in movers. Would absolutely recommend!

Amazing service! 🤩 I can’t even tell you how happy I am that I booked with the Rock Movers. I chose them based on the Google and Yelp ratings and the fact that they were based out of San Diego, just minutes from my home. My experience: I paid for a flat rate move from San Diego up to the Bay Area, including packing of my kitchen and the price was SO worth it. Communication was 💯 from start to finish. Called en route, arrived 10 min early 🙌🏻 and within 2 hours, the team had packed up my apartment and were out the door. All furniture was professionally wrapped, bed frame disassembled (and reassembled perfectly!) and they included wardrobe boxes that they used to pack up my whole closet. So worth it. Less then 24 hours, same lead mover (the nicest, best person I’ve ever to meet!) was at my new apartment in the Bay, again 10 min early. A few hours in and I’m now in my new place, and couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. As someone who has moved XC three separate times and done multiple shorter moves, this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. THANK YOU!!!!!
