I’ve been dealing with them for years and my experience with them has been nothing but fantastic. They are professional, understanding of people’s life situations, empathetic and kind. And they are very good at accommodating your personal needs. I have used other storage facilities before, but none with this level of customer care and support.

I like the facility and my unit. It’s clean and well kept. ***** OH NO!!! I need to come check my unit. I just read a review from 4 weeks ago about their unit being broken into. We do pay insurance for a reason. That previous renter should have demanded the insurance cover items stolen or destroyed. Now I’m having a panic attack.**** I just hated the past 2 price increases. The last one was a doozy. It hurt my bank account badly. I understand Ca energy and electricity have skyrocketed, but with that many units I feel 1/2 the increase would have been fitting. I do realize the facility was bought out years ago and that’s when prices started out pacing my pay raises. The corporation is doing well with returns.

My experience there was fast and friendly. I had just moved into town and needed to store a few things. I made a reservation online, but when I arrived, Tanya made a suggestion that made more sense. She made the process very easy. I highly recommend them.

Horrible experience. What a nightmare just moved in a month and got all my valuables stolen. Don’t trust this place or the manager-Tonya. The “Alarm” system doesn’t work, the contract states the facility has an alarm system. You will get charged an extra fee if you don’t enter the code and accidentally set off your own alarm too. Not sure where that money goes. They try to make you feel secure. Your not. The thieves even dropped a trunk they stole out of my unit with my deceased parents ashes in it and Tonya the manger even after watching the video decided to put my property into a separate unit that was also “broken” into that same night. Tonya the manger is refusing to open it now and return my property. She has the key to the new lock she put on it. I even called the police and they arrived but she still refused to return it. I’m convinced it was the employees who work at the facility who are stealing. They match the description of the thieves and are the only ones who know the alarm system isn’t working. They also watch you move your stuff in. I’m at a total loss and nobody is accountable. Be careful

The facility itself and the onsite manager, Tanya, are absolutely great!!! I just moved out and my doing so is no reflection on Tanya!!!! I would still be there had it not been for the corporate managements need for excessive rent increases, first at 6 months and then again at 6 months. I started at $169, then six months later $186 and now $214. That’s a 27% increase in one year! Consequently, I found a new storage facility that charges 5% rent increase once a year! My reason for 3 stars is only because of the rent increases.
