I was hopeful for a great experience with this company as they had so many great reviews but my experience was poor. I hired a 4 person team who were fairly quick moving when it came time to re-assemble my furniture I found over half of my screws stripped and some had to be drilled out. I messaged the owner who said he wasn't in office and would contact me again once he reviewed the team assigned to the job but never heard from him again. On top of that I've discovered a large gash in my couch, dirt marks on my mattress and many scratches and worn areas on my brand new bedroom furniture. The team refused to put my mattress cover on saying it wasn't needed and didn't put blankets around my bedroom furniture as they said they ran out. Very disappointing and would not recommend. The bigger companies are more expensive but you get what you pay for I guess.

I was hopeful I would have a good experience with Ultimate Movers, but if I’m being honest, I would not recommend them. I provided a fairly detailed listing of items and specifically mentioned I had more than 25 boxes. I was quoted a flat rate of $699 for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom move. The crew showed up late, and upon arrival asked me why I didn’t request 3 crew members. With attitude. Excuse me, it’s not MY job to staff the crew. I received a call that a 3rd guy would come, but it would cost me more because I had more than 25 boxes. I was very confused, but ok fine. What am I supposed to say? I checked back in my details and I did in fact specify the number of boxes. I showed the owner and was STILL charged more even though this was clearly not my mistake and he admitted the error. We moved into a brand new build, meaning the walls and floor were in pristine condition. No dents, no nothing. Unfortunately, we have many repairs to make because the crew gave little regard to my belongings, the walls, and the flooring. Additionally, 2 pieces of furniture were heavily scratched and now look terrible. If you want your home and belongings handled carefully, I’d look elsewhere.

We had a an amazing team today with Andy & Jared! These guys hustled and did a great job! Once they know what goes and what doesn't, they are on it. The job even included moving a piano, and they carefully got it in a secure location. They made great use of the space in our 16 ft. POD. I would't hesitate to use Ultimate Movers again! Thanks! Ultimate Movers did a great job moving our household good to a storage unit. We thought our unit would be too small but their experience and expertise came through as they knew exactly how to load and stack everything into the unit. The movers, Dom, Anthony and Tez were very professional, courteous and showed great care with the house and our belongings. We will definitely use them again and would absolutely recommend Ultimate Movers to anyone needing a move.
