Mike and Bill from Them Movers were absolutely the best movers ever. A tree fell in our neighborhood the morning Mike and Bill were due to load our truck. They called on the way and I told them that we didn't have any electricity. They didn't care at all. They showed up and had my mom's 4 bedroom house loaded and organized on the truck in an hour and 15 minutes despite the lack of lights! We didn't have all the boxes packed and as they were loading we kept giving them more boxes that went in the front of the truck and they were so happy and fast despite our disorganization We were unloading at three stops. They went above and beyond and tied off each of our loads so we would know what went where and it kept everything super tight in our truck. 11 out of 10 would recommend these two. They load at "WHAT WAS THAT?????" speed.

Twice the price of other movers in the area and half the service. Chose them as we have original hardwood floors. One mover took his time and was delicate while the other rushed everything scratched the floor, walls, and stairs. I would use names as we really really liked one of the two movers but I’m genuinely afraid of retaliation from the worse of the two movers.

We were told that 2 hours would be plenty of time to load everything into the moving truck, but could pay for more hours if needed. 2 hours rolled around and more time was needed but we were told that they had another job they had to get to immediately. They left us stranded with half of a house poorly packed into the truck resulting in us needing to make 2 additional trips ourselves between Youngstown and Columbus. Moving is stressful to begin with and this experience made it much worse than it needed to be.

If I could leave them 10 stars I would!!! They were amazing in helping us unload. Fast, friendly and went above and beyond to assist with a crib. We will absolutely use them again!!!

Very disappointed with this company!! They sent a crew to pack up my house one day and then two days later they came to move us. First of all, they did not pack up everything (we had many extra boxes left over that we paid for) and then they ran out of time when moving us because it was late and the guys were tired. So needless to say, there is still alot of stuff left at my old house that we have to go back to get and move ourselves. Secondly, they scratched my dresser, night stand and TV stand and took no responsibility because they said we didn't have the proper moving blankets. My husband was told that they were providing the blankets(which they should since that's what we're paying them for). And last but not least, they tracked all kinds of dirt and grease on my carpets that I now have to pay somebody to come and clean!! If u have nice things...don't hire this company to move you!! Biggest waste of money!!
