I thought this company was going to be a great source of transportation for my ailing mother who is now wheelchair bound. They did great for the first run. But the 2nd trip, they completely forgot about her and once I called them to find out where they were I was told the driver was outside of which he was not and never showed up (they had been waiting for him for 40 mins prior to the scheduled pickup time). We never got a follow up call to explain, apologize or anything. Due to the negligence of this company my mother ended up back into the emergency room and later admitted that day. I would NOT recommend using this company or trying to rely on them for you or your loved one’s transportation need.

Christmas Day we were stranded at 4:AM in Toledo OH and the owner answered the phone and said let me get a driver. Called me back and said i’m on my way. This is the second time he has went over and beyond for our family. Thank you for your service.
