I can’t recommend these people for moving they cause damage to some of our furniture Anyone who has them move be sure they get all your boxes moved out of the trailer. A week after we found out we were missing some boxes of books that were some of which were high school year books and family history items that can never be replaced They just threw tarps in the trailer to try and trap wasps. I know they had two boxes on that side I can’t help but wonder if they delivered them to their next customer by accident. I was disappointed they didn’t notice that and attempt to deliver them to us. I noticed they were missing 10 days after the move when I got to that room. Plus I had keep on them as they were constantly on their phones They are the worst movers I have ever had For the money I had to pay this was inexcusable for not telling me about the boxes Again make sure they get all your stuff of their trailers!!!!! I didn’t care that they decided to train two new employees at my expense

I recently purchased a desk from a private seller in Kearney. It needed to be removed quickly, so I contacted Family Moving & Transport. Jacob quickly agreed to do the job of picking up the desk and delivering it to my place in Hastings as quickly as possible. Meanwhile, another old friend from Kearny jumped in and offered to take care of the job “on the spot “. So I called Jake and explained what happened and Jake graciously accepted my explanation that I no longer needed his help. Jake and crew are truly amazing. After weighing my options to move an 850lb safe across my house and down a flight of stairs, we decided to hire Jake. Extremely personable on the phone, even gave me things to consider if I did it myself. They were able to get me worked in the very next day. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.
