I am into bio hacking and always trying to find an edge and follow a lot of folks who are on the cutting edge of medicine like Peter Attia and David Sinclair. I found Dr Erdman on Yelp and despite the fact that he did not have any reviews, decided to give him a try since he is closest to where I live and convenience trumped reviews in this case. I am glad that I came here. Dr Erdman is very professional, patient, and knowledgable which are the things I look for in a doctor but rarely find. Dr Erdman is one of the few good ones and I am a HUGE fan.

I began seeing Dr. Erdman a little under a year ago and am thoroughly enjoying being under his care. He's had me take a battery of tests, such as the Grail Galeri cancer test; balance, cognitive, and hearing tests; blood tests; and DNA methylation tests to determine biological age. Dr. Erdman was proactive in prescribing blood pressure medication that brought my BP down from 133/78 to 117/72....my general practitioner hadn't been concerned. At age 60, I am very concerned about the impact of blood pressure on brain aging. Dr. Erdman is extraordinarily knowledgeable about aging science and stays on top of this rapidly evolving field. He has counseled me on numerous dietary supplements, lifestyle choices, and has prescribed Acarbose and Rapamycin to me to slow down aging. I can't recommend Dr. Erdman highly enough!

Doctor Dan got me started on a fantastic weight loss program with diet, exercise and Wegovy. Included is a Fit3D Pro full-body scan at the start of the program and again after 6 months to check all my progress. If you are looking to loose some weight for the summer season, I highly recommend the program at Prime Time of Life in Saratoga. Can’t wait to show off my new body!

Dr. Erdman is a no-nonsense, well-trained and well-informed physician. He implements genetic DNA testing into personalized medicine. This is the wave of the future in my opinion. He helps tremendously with creating a proactive and comprehensive preventive medicine program. He utilizes Cambridge Brain Sciences testing for early detection of dementia and Alzheimer's Dementia. The clinic is well suited for individuals who would like to live a healthier and longer life.

The progress is real but slow ( sorta); compared to a week ago, the length is a small fraction of an inch; but, the girth or glans is noticeable larger ( almost the diam. of the vacuum tube). I can hardly wait for you to get the vaso dilator cream; only a doc can get it from a compounding pharmacy.
