If you’re looking to hire a company to move your stuff.. keep looking, I honestly wouldn't recommend Thosemovers. Not only did they show up 40 minutes late, but they also found a way to damage my couch. After trying to come up with a solution with the women on the other side of the call, they stop answering me by ignoring my calls, putting me on hold, or simply sending me to voice mail. Is been like this for about 3 weeks now, and I still can't get a hold of them. To whoever read this, please pay attention to the 1 star ratings. It'll probably save you from a headache or maybe save you some money. In addition, I just came to find out that they also broke my 75-inch TV! Terrible company. Word of advice, follow the movers each step of the way, and be very picky when they start moving your stuff. They claim I refuse shrink wrap and moving blankets, but that's not true! As you can see, my sofa was wrapped, and they still found a way of destroying it. What a trash company. Smh. I will talk to the bbb about it.

😱👎😱👎😱👎😱 👎This is perhaps thee WORST moving company ever!!!!! I booked an appointment with “Those Movers,LLC l Professional Moving Company” on Tuesday April 23, 2024 for 9 a.m. to move furnishings from a studio apartment on Saturday April 27,2024. I was contacted prior by someone who later identifies herself as the Co-Owner/ Dispatcher named Christy or Chrissy and was asked to move my start time back till 2 p.m. (I should have read the reviews🤦‍♂️) only to be informed later that the moving truck was damaged( I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️) en route from the 1st job i was pushed back for. Things happen right? Ok no problem, what’s the plan I say? “Well sir we’re very sorry and if we could please be allowed to come tomorrow (Sunday) at the same time 2 p.m. we’ll get your things moved.” Now people, we all try and move in and out as close to a weekend to make things more convenient in case there’s delays or things that may be overlooked that way we have time to sort through the post moving checklist and enjoy what little left of the weekend we have. So I understandably agree to the Sunday move request. Sunday afternoon is here, I’ve been contacted yet again to provide the moving from and to addresses, which is about the 5th time I’ve been asked to do so. 2’OCLOCK comes and goes no movers! 2:05 p.m. I received a call from Christy yet again explaining a delay with the movers described as the driver is getting the truck in 72nd & The Dan Ryan Expressway and he will be to me very shortly………….Very shortly turns out to be another 2 hour delay and I’m being told now there was a problem with the move before me and we are en route, eta 45 mins………… It’s now 4 p.m. Sunday evening and no movers……. I call the Co-Owner/Dispatcher Christy who has no idea we’re the movers are, what they doing and when they coming. I’m put on hold until I’m told the driver will contact me. The driver contacts me……….and asks me yet again,…….take a guess? What y’all think he gon ask me?……… for the G🏀DD🙀ND address…………. 🤯 I AM THOROUGHLY OVER “Those Movers LLC | Professional Moving Company”. The only thing they professionally move is Bull💩! And they starting 2F that 🆙 2! ZERO STARS, review had me add it to post🤷🏾‍♂️

I made a booking for June 25th with 100$ deposit. Got response from Kristy until she got the deposit and then she stopped responding. Sent multiple emails, voicemail is always full. Kristy did not contact me when the time came as well. Clearly indicating that she got the emails but chose to just keep the deposit. Do not trust them!

I have use them before and was very happy with the service, but today March 2 2024 the service was horrible. I had a 9am appointment that never happened. I was constantly told they were 20 minutes away. We waited until 3pm for them to show and nothing. I'm moving an elderly woman and she was trying to be patient . They have lost a valuable customer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

This is company is the worst moving company ever experience. Their worker torn everything up. Their worker stop working to fix their mistake. They left my doors open when they left. Left the job unfinished. Save your time and money by looking somewhere else.
