I booked with this moving company because I didn’t do any research and needed to move quick. I was told they were all veterans and gave proceeds back to charity so I was happy to contribute. I was told they would be at my 1 bedroom at 9am and they did not show up until 10:45am. When I had moved the exact same stuff 7 months prior, it took the men 2 hours to completely move everything. They did not leave my apartment with the truck full around 4pm. I sat around and waited for them all day. Once they showed up, they made me pay right then and there before taking my stuff off of the truck. I figured it was protocol until I realized I was being charged DOUBLE what my original quote was. I know quotes are subject to change…but I know this was due to the fact that I had ONE man VERY SLOWLY moving everything from the apartment to the truck and vice versa. So it took them 5 hours to load the truck but only 1 hour to unload it once I had paid? Does not make any sense. Then I had 4 furniture pieces broken and the man tried to argue with me saying it was not his fault. I asked for his supervisors numbers, Frank or Miguel, and I had to force them to give me either of their numbers. Extremely sketchy. The entire process was unfair, unorganized, and full of broken promises by Incompetent workers. I hope none of you book these movers as the 2 guys helping me that day even told me it was all a scam and they have problems every single move. I have it all on video!

Worst movers and move we have ever had. And now they wont respond, no apology. They gave us a contract with a bogus website to file a claim. They are crooks. Justin Brown, Frank at this company are disreputable and not to be trusted. And then they wrote a reply to this review by saying that I have never emailed or called. I call every day both phone numbers they gave me and I get nothing. Justin said he would send customer service number but then never did...They said that they sent claim forms but again never did, and no, its not in my junk box. So its not just the broken up, mishandled furniture but it is the unresponsiveness during and after. These are just a few pictures of the worst of it.

Worst experience ever. First they get a broker on the phone. He takes a 25% deposit. Then sends a moving truck a uhaul at that when told they have there own 26 truck. Then they try to charge you extra leave your stuff behind. I moved from county to county they did not come to my house in4 hours as told. They arrive at 11 pm with my stuff to leave it in my garage for me to take in my house. Do not use this company !!!!!! You can rent a uhal and do it yourself for cheaper for what they do. If I can rate a 0 I would. I had to fill my car and another car with all the things they left behind. After charging me 400 dollar more!!!

Justin was very responsive and quick with assisting me with the schedule coz I need to move the next day. He was able to book me a schedule with my chosen time. Both movers were on time and was fast enough to move my stuff. They moved all 25 large boxes, heavy furnitures etc in 2 hours. Both were very pleasant. I have some issues with minor things and Frank was able to fix it.

WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!! We used this company to move all our belongings from a 1st floor storage unit to a 3-story townhome. The experience was horrible! The movers were slow and lazy. They had no respect, nor care for our belongings. I have so many negative things I could say, but don't want waste more time on this. Do not use this company!! If you do you will regret it!!
