I used Alliance Cab Co on Saturday night. Alliance took my boyfriend and I to a Walnut Creek restaurant and then returned and brought us home. I could not have been more pleased with a driver. I highly recommend this service. He arrived on time in a very nice clean automobile. The price was so reasonable. I will definitely use this service again. In fact, he drives to the wine country which would be a great outing without the hassle.

Alliance Taxi saved the day for our family! My elderly mother-in-law got lost in downtown Walnut Creek and could not find where she parked her car. We are located over 6 hours away and could not make it out to help her. It was getting late and dark and she was getting very frazzled and scared. One of Alliance’s drivers,Brad agreed to head out and work with us to help get her home. We managed to convince her to take a taxi home and were able to stay on the line with her until Brad showed up and got her home safe. He turned what could have been a real emergency into a much happier ending. Thanks so much Brad- you are a lifesaver!

When my driver pulled up to pick me up...there was no big taxi sign on the car, he was very polite, quite the gentleman. Beautiful engaging conversation during my ride home. Simply. Courteous, punctual, personable, basically everything you want in a cab company. I would call out somebody specifically however I'm horrible with names. But every single driver would have to be listed that I have encountered thus far. I take a cab about three to four times a week and that's probably being modest. They are always ready, able, and on time. I can't tell you how refreshing it is after using places like Yellow Cab and others. Sorry to give you the thumbs down yellow but when you have competition like Alliance, stop complaining about why you don't get any fares and step it up.

Very comfortable, clean car. Drivers have been friendly and courteous. I received a text message to adjust arrival time for pick up due to traffic to out of town destination. Easy to pay with card through Square. I have used this company several times and have always had a pleasant experience.
