I have used this company four times now, and they are fantastic. They're professional, careful, on time, fast, and accommodating. My most recent move was due to a flooded apartment and the landlord kept moving my move-in date, and Herb was so kind to me and accommodated the changing schedule. I have been moved 5 different times in the last 25 years. Never once has my furniture been damaged. My apartment decided to remodel the apartments, hired Thumbs Up Moving to move our things . Every Large piece of my furniture except 2 pieces , that was in perfect condition was destroyed by this Company (see photos below). Then the Apartments Perry Acres informed me that the owner emailed to say he Quit! No one is finding a resolution for me , for all the Damages at this time. The one thing I can say is the owner took coffee table to repair it. Although you can see scratches all over in the top when the light hits it , and where a large Chunk of wood was broken, it is now a dark spot in a light pecan finish . As I said everything else is still scratched, wood missing and broken bed post , would rate a 0 if were possible! Also things Missing

Herb and his movers were stellar. Cross State,2 day,2 truck move, packed to the gills. Not a scratch! Herb has an eye and the experience to quote a job and come in under the wire. These guys can fit 10 pounds in a 5 pound bag,work hard for two days and stay upbeat. Highly recommended
