Tier 1 Moving Info | Compare Moving Quotes

Let me start by saying thank you Tier 1 movers. Our original move was to happen at 9 am on August 1st, we had already had a moving company reserved. When the original company came to the house they walked thru and said some stuff was incomplete(which was untrue) and the move would take 8 hrs. We as the customers knew that time was too long as we have used this company twice before and it has never taken us 8 hours to move. Never! Plus we have downsized, so because we didn't agree with time they left. So my husband and I called around to see if could get a same day move and Tier 1 answered the call. The owner and his guys came in and literally got right to work, no hassle, no nit picking. Had us moved in under 5 hours. They were professional and most of all friendly. He gave us a good quote and didnt try to up charge us. If I could give them 10 starts I would. Thank you Mr. Marcus, many blessings on your business.

These guys are TOP NOTCH! Professional AND fun. I've never had a fun moving experience. They made it so. I have an antique dollhouse that my father & grandfather built me I explained how delicate it was, they handled it with care! Dre, LaDarius & Douglass had my home cleared out in 45 minutes!!! Nothing damaged. I will DEFINITELY use them again!

Not only are they reasonably priced, but they do not waste your time. Two guys showed up ready to go and they had all of the furniture out of a two bedroom apartment in a half hour and the unloading process was just as quick. Super polite and very professional. Highly recommend.

They showed up 2 hours late for day 1 and 30 min late day 2. He brought his underage kids as packers, Handling sharp cutting blades, they packed and handled the liquor, the son and owner Marcus kept asking for free things, including a new desk, Apple Watch twice, limited edition Kobe Bryant shoes pellet and BB gun, raw amethyst, shoe laces, a brand new quarter and massage chairs, they smoked a blunt between the older manager and men at my front door, they only moved parts of things and didn’t finish anyone piece of furniture, we have cords we don’t know what they go to, was putting them in random boxes they didn’t go with it, left half the stuff undone, broke my 76 year old mothers bed, along with coughing wood floors, damage to fridge and washer and truer lamps heirloom. That can’t be rreplaced, up the quote over 4x, during move no notice. Crushed boxes and stiff in them, they left their trash all over my counters and floor, along with outside at both houses. Only moved a little over 1/2 my contents. Pathetic service, of 89 gas charge for 3.4 miles

If I could give ZERO starts I definitely would but I did a move with the owner of the company which is Marcus Kelley Sr. n during the move one of my TVs was broke while n his care.. I asked him reimburse me for the tv but he's stating that "He don't know if the tv was broke before" like lets me real it's no way I'm bout to have a tv wrapped (As you can the tv is laying flat wrapped n a cover) but when he loaded on his trailer he had it facing the wall with NO PROTECTION he say he had covers on it but you can't see anything.. I've reached out to serval other moving companies to get their take on it.. & They all stated that due to him having that tv like that most definitely did the damage to the tv. . I paid him $1500 for the move yall this man really said I low balled him when he's the one that gave me the price then turnt around m said he really didn't want to do the job k.. I'm post the full conversation.. Like I'm n the process of disputing the FULL $1500 since he don't wanna reimburse me $300 for my tv .. I also left a review on his business page on Facebook but he blocked me but before he blocked me he also posted my address. i will post pictures of our conversation for proof.. if you look on Facebook he’s m other groups w bad reviews he’s also been kicked out of serval groups due to how he handles business..
