This company is the definition of fraud waste and abuse. Save yourself the loss and damage of personal belongings by selecting a company with values and credibility. When has it ever been acceptable a 3rd party damages personal property and isn't held liable, welcome to tieronerelo where your things simply do not matter, only the check from Uncle Sam. Weird how outgoing weight = 6xxx lbs and receiving weight is 12xxx lbs. Anyways, don't do what I did and use this company.

If you are military and this "company" is who moves you, I am sorry. If you have a choice, please please please do yourself a favor and run as far away from them as you possibly can. If I could leave negative stars, they earned that. After they lost or damaged a lot of items in my shipment, they have the audacity to offer me $1800 on my $18K dollar moving claim. Please run away from them. For my fellow military people, I'm sorry the government keeps this horrible company in business to continue to screw the people that serve.

I retired after 20 years in the Marine Corps and my final move was the absolute WORST. The moving company hired by Tier One improperly packed and improperly moved all my household goods that resulted in significant amounts of damaged household items. Boxes were over packed causing them to be damaged. Kitchen items were just dumped into boxes and not properly packed with paper or protected. There were even breakable items that weren't even wrapped that were broken and can't be replaced because they were heirlooms. Not a single framed picture was properly packed. The packers lined the edges of clothes boxes with our framed artwork to maintain the integrity of the boxes. The moving company bent a $500 gaming chair, broke our year old treadmill and lost a piece to the treadmill, damaged tools, broken furniture, etc. You name it, they did it. The topper....my hanging box with all my military uniforms was over packed and my hanging uniforms were crumpled up at the bottom of the box. The moving company did damage to our brand new home that we moved into. This was the one and only military move my husband experienced and he served 21 years in the Navy. He never allowed the military to move his stuff and now I understand why. Tier One refused to pay for all the damaged items, so the items they REFUSED was forward to the MCO for further review. I still haven't heard from the MCO on the progress. I am going to be emailing my Senators and Congressmen requesting a congressional inquire. This is the most egregious execution of fraud I have ever seen from a government contracted company. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

This moving company moved our household goods from Kentucky to North Carolina. They damaged nearly all of our furniture. They LOST the hardware box which included the hardware to all of our bedframes and my Yamaha Keyboard. They lost 11 of our boxes. When we filed a claim against the company through TSP, they denied it. EVERYTHING in it, despite the recommendation of their inspector (who was also very unprofessional). The employee who handled my claim was also very rude. We asked for a full unpack upon delivery and the team told us they wouldn't because it was a Saturday and it was hard enough just getting their crew to show up for work.

Would not recommend for your PCS. They hire different moving agents and do not hold them to requested delivery dates. I’ve been emailing and calling for a week to get a delivery date confirmed and they are counting the maximum number of government business days they have to delivery without an inconvenience claim. They are allowing these agents to maximize the money they earn from keeping our household goods in storage. If you can help it do not let them put your items into storage.
