Their driver was driving recklessly. I reported it to the company and they didn't care. They wanted dot numbers off the truck and wanted me to slow down and get a description. I told them ive past him, i gave coordinates and time, i said the truck has gps, look it up. The guy passed me and he was playing on his phone. He got in front of me and kept swerving. I pulled back for a while and had my truck record his reckless driving. Well I was tired of being behind him and when I went to pass him, his feet were all up on the dash and he was on his phone still.

A driver for Tiger Logistics hit our parked truck last year. The turned in the claim to their insurance and we have been trying to work with them and it has taken 11 months to received partial payment of the claim. When I contact them again last week regarding the balance due I spoke with Radi who was most unprofessional, she was yelling in broken english that she will not pay. Unfortunaly, their driver was at fault for damaging our cargo, and we have had to pay due to our contract. We just need to be reimbursed for the full amount. While this company appears to be professional and friendly, I found out quickly what they are like when they owe money. Be carefull your freight is not damaged as I doubt it will be covered by them or their insurance carrier.

I’ve worked for 6 different companies before. Those guys are the best! Caring dispatch, amazing boss, on time payment, cheap trailer and insurance. Can’t ask for anything more! Best HAZMAT loads I ever! Also they let me use their lot when I’m in Chicagoland and they have free spot. Can’t complain! If i can give them 6 stars i would. Thank you guys
