What this community of reviewers say about this establishment is very true. Although a language difference. They were very willing to try hard with offering Spanish/English. Did very well offering research and pricing for my situation. Very patent Although at the end I strongly struggled with my decision and stormed out. I am appreciative of their hard work and will return again to offer my business and travel needs. Do I recommend? Yes

Please people don't go to this agency... they are trying to rob you in anyway, I usually don't do this but I'm tired of companies taking advantage of people ... after the fact that we told her to not cancel then they're lying on our faces that we told them to cancel our flights why would we cancel if we were gonna loose anyways at the end I decided to travel at least with my kid and the day before our flight I call to make sure everything was ok and they tell me the tickets are cancelled; imagine if we go all the way to TJ and they tell us our flights have been cancelled I would have been way pissed off, don't let them lie to your face!!! But I'm leaving everything in gods hands cause I'm good with my conscience...
