Terrible customer service! Had my paperwork for almost 2 months and still hadn’t worked on my taxes. Only responded once to my multiple emails. Never responded to my phone calls. Kept saying he would do my taxes as soon as possible, but didn’t. Then I had to show up to get my tax file to have someone else do my taxes and magically he can do them that afternoon if I would like. I declined, and he never came out to apologize for his terrible communication.

If we could give 0 stars we would. We had two terrible experiences with Chad. The first year, he submitted our taxes very late. We thought it was just maybe a rough year. We tried again and were completely ghosted. He had all of our taxes and was not getting them done. No communication—no returned emails or phone calls. On top of that, we drove to the office to find out it was permanently closed!! I finally got someone on the phone at his Belvedere office and immediately drove down there to retrieve our documents. I received no apology or even a kind word from him and his office staff. A terrible and stressful time that I hope no one has to go through.

After having my taxes done with Chad for the first time I also asked for a retirement analysis so I know whether I can afford to retire or not gave him the information he came up with a plan we sat down and talked about it even at the busiest time of the tax season. Things worked out great I'm looking forward to doing my taxes again with him next year very polite and professional and intelligent. After a few years of taxes being done wrong and not getting calls back, I think it's time to move on.
