We used Tip Top Movers a few years ago and were very satisfied, so we hired them again. This time, they did not take care to move our furniture safely. They did not remove the table legs of our heritage dining room table. 4 of 6 table legs broke. Initially, they tried to suggest the legs must have been cracked. They finally admitted that they stacked 15 boxes on top of the table. They, haphazardly, put our bed together and left it crooked. I'm still finding chips, gouges in furniture, cracked corner on our fireplace hearth, and a huge scratch on our wood floor. If you care about your furniture and home,I wouldn't hire this company. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Matt and Ryan did a excellent job with my move. They showed up on time for the job and displayed a professional and courteous attitude during the entire move. I would highly recommend Tip Top for your next move.

We moved two blocks away. We asked for wardrobe boxes and they didn't bring them which ended up meaning we didn't have any of our clothes moved..We hired movers to help us and to make sure none of our really nice home theater equipment got damaged.. turns out they broke our brand new Sony Bravia television and hid it in the corner under a moving blanket. When I called to talk to the owner, Stephen, he said that's unfortunate, you got the basic insurance, I'll send you a check for 100. It's a 5000 television that is less than a year old. Use this service at your own risk.We were told the basic insurance would cover any damage, I suppose it's our fault for not reading the fine print.

I would have shopped in the Arden Fair Best Buy because it's closer, but they didn't have the model I wanted. I thus ordered a TV online for pickup at the Galleria Best Buy. To my surprise the store was open for in-store shopping. People needed to wear masks and most were socially distancing. Since we could examine the merchandise, we bought a TV stand that fit the house. We were in the store 15 minutes tops as attentive employees and a fast customer service line made it easy. I had been to the Arden Mall earlier in the day. The signs indicated they were closed. Visited later and there was plenty of outdoor activity there so I'm not sure what "closed" means except perhaps the indoor passages are not accessible. Anyway, I was happy with how easily and quickly these transactions went. The faster, the safer.
