Shaun booked us for 2 separate moves. Once to load a pod and a second event to unload the same pod. Furniture was wrapped by owners to minimize scratches and facilitate tight packing on 16 foot pod. These guys are very strong but nimble. Some furniture items were very large and over 300 lbs. They made every effort to prevent damages to our home in spite of very hot Summer weather. Friendly and courteous. Would recommend.

TITAN MOVERS LTD. Guelph, Ontario. Too small of a truck. Pre-packed boxes stacked like a wall or pyramid. Furniture both bedroom and living room literally dragged, banged, scrapped, split the wood and gouged. They had plenty of moving blankets but I never witnessed any being used. Hence the damage while loading, the travelling and unloading. Dragged into apartment building stripping off the stained finish! Furniture well looked after and now damaged. Enough to make a grown man cry! So so disappointing! Now I am faced with three options: 1) Live with it. Uh uh! 2) Have it Pro repaired/re-finished. At what costs? 3) Submit a damage claim with Titan Movers! Just a sample of pictures attached. Signed... Tears in my eye's in Guelph
