This is the absolute worse moving company to ever exist. They overcharge you and tear up your furniture and house. Whenever you try to speak with someone, absolutely know one is available. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit just to get my brand new house and furniture replaced. This is a terrible company, do not use!

06/11/24 Titan Movers..I am rejecting your response because your response is not in alignment with what your receipts or statements claim. My credit card was billed $957.26 for the services that your company provided. You stated that my total bill was $907.27 which included your charges (labor, travel, boxes) and my gratuity, then where has the $100 deposit been applied to the cost of the service? Shouldn't the final/paid cost have been $807.27 after you applied the deposit? How did you arrive at $857 as the amount for me to pay at the time of the service originally, but my credit card being billed $957.26 for total services? That's not business. That's extortion. As far as moving the mattresses, I never asked the movers to put the wrong mattresses on the wrong beds. Why in the world would I tell the movers to put my queen size top mattress on the full-size box spring bed in my child's room, and then place her full-size top mattress on my queen size box spring bed? That's just asinine. The only thing that was placed in my room was a dresser/mirror in my closet that could not fit in the second bedroom. Next, I received no such link after I filed my claim. I received no email acknowledging receipt of my claim and no email even confirming that your company received my claim. This link you are referring to was supposed to include instructions, allowing me to upload photos of the damages, which is why I kept searching for a reply so that I could attach photos. You can't provide proof when your company doesn't provide access to do it. Lastly, although I do understand your company works primarily from the homes of its customers and perhaps relies on at home customer service workers, the offices you advertise ARE NOT STORAGE FACILITES unsupported for public use. They are actually suites offices in different plazas. The address at 301 Robins Pkwy initial suite address you provide is a Guns/Ammunition Shop and the 1902 Elberta Road is uninhabited space. Give me what you owe me so I can move on please. 06/06/24 I'm back to mention that the address 301 Robins W Pkwy Warner Robins, GA is a false address. I went there because they wouldn't return my calls or my deposit. They haven't been at that address for over 2yrs. Another address that they use also 1902 Elberta Road Warner Robins, GA is false as well. I've been there too. 06/04/24 This is what I get for writing a review less than 24hrs after inspecting my furniture and then having to deal with management when I have a problem. I stand by my original statement. The guys were wonderful and professional. Days after the move, I found damage to my daughter's baseboards on her entertainment desk for her gaming computer. Also they placed the wrong top mattresses in the wrong rooms. I simply called to ask if they would send some guys back over to place the mattress in the correct rooms (I have Seally Posturepedic Performace Mattesse..very large heavy..queen and full) this guy told me that I woul have to pay $125 to have them come back out. I'd paid this company over $770 for a local move plus a $83 tip and now he expect more money for them to fix their mistake. I've been calling them since 6/30 and haven't heard from them since. The movers atr great people, but DO NOT EXPECT ANY SERVICE OR A CALL BACK IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG AND YOU HA E A COMPLAINT!! USE ANOTHER COMPANY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. I'd rather have responsible owners who actually care about taking care of the customers instead of of just having workers that provide the service. ORIGINAL STATEMENT These guys were wonderful. They were very professional and quite thorough. They were very meticulous and everything wrapped and covered very well. Items were disassembled and reassembled as promised. All of my furnishing are significantly huge and heavy..mostly solid woods, marble and metals..thick plush furnishing. I was worried about some damage, and as much as what could've gone wrong...nothing significant did. The movers were courteous, kind, and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

We are extremely happy with our entire experience with Titan! I called Thursday evening hoping for furniture movers on Saturday morning, and was blown away that they were able to accommodate us! The booking was quick and the person I spoke to was very pleasant. Our movers were fantastic! They showed up on time, were professional, and unloaded our U-Haul in record time! Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! So I used Titan back in 2023. They did okay with moving my furniture. However, there were only two young men(putting emphasis on "young") that did the move. Two days later, my daughter's bed(Queen sized)caved in. We lifted the mattress to find that the young guys placed all the slats on the bed but didn't put the screws back in as it was before they broke it down. So the slats all broke. I had to buy new wood. Plus, they took the bag of screws that they removed out of the bed. Not to mention that they did the exact same thing to my bed(King sized) causing my back to be in agonizing pain. We attempted to reach back out to the company. All we got was a lady on the phone that ended up hanging up on us and later shooting us to a computer voicemail every time we called thereafter. To make matters worse, they really do not have a home-based office. The address listed is a vacant building. If you don't believe me, then drive to the location they have listed as their office. These people are just here to make a quick buck. Do yourself a favor and choose someone more professional. These guys were rip-offs! And after reading other reviews, I see that what I have said is EXACTLY what others have said as far as the fake addresses they use for their business and how they never responded to any of my complaints and how they stop answering your phone calls once they realize that you aren't satisfied with their move. Again I say STRAIGHT RIP-OFFS!

Best MOVING COMPANY Ive ever dealt with. The two young men were awesome. Love the way the furniture was wrapped for transport. Price was not to the extreme. Thank you Two Men and a Truck. (TITAN)
