Titoguz Movers were professional, fast, and effective at moving my two bedroom apartment’s worth of furniture from Boston to Philadelphia. Lead by Jose Guzman, the team of movers went above and beyond making sure all of my things were wrapped and protected and communicating with me clearly about every step of the process. The team was both remarkably efficient and careful with my items; they loaded all of my boxes and furniture shockingly quickly, including an upright piano, which I was very worried about. They went through the trouble of showing me how secured and well-wrapped the piano was because they knew I was nervous. Jose consistently went the extra mile, communicating with me directly, working even through bad weather to ensure he could deliver all of my stuff the day after he picked them up, an absolutely remarkable amount of dedication to getting me my things. All my things were delivered in exactly the condition I packed them; nothing was broken, no scratches or dings, and the way they moved the piano right into the house from the truck with a ramp, meaning it never had to be lifted or jostled, was brilliant. They are really, really good at what they do. I really cannot recommend Titoguz Movers enough!
