Overall my experience with T&J Auto Transport was pleasant and I would check with them next time if I would need to have a car shipped again. Bought a very nice car from a dealer on the East Coast and needed for it to be transported to me in Colorado. The circumstances were such that I needed it to be delivered on a tight timeline with specific delivery dates in mind. This was my first time dealing with shipping a car across the USA, and I decided that I need an enclosed trailer. T&J Auto Transport were recommended to me by a manager at the dealership. I reached out to them and they have promptly provided a quote and outlined what to expect from the process. I also checked with a couple other transport brokers, so knew what to expect in terms of pricing, and T&J's price was competitive, so decided to go with them. The manager, Connie, from T&J has explained to me that they can not guarantee the specific dates, because the timeline depends on finding a trucking company that will be handling the transportation and a particular truck's route plan, and that finding an enclosed trailer usually takes more time, but told that they would do their best to try to fit the timeline with no guarantee. A couple days there was silence and I started to worry, but then Connie informed me that they have found a driver and the car would be picked up the same day, which was arranged and done. The trucking company also did well, and with luck I got my car on exactly the day I needed. The price was exactly as quoted, and everything went smoothly.

T&J auto transport coordinated shipment of my car from dealer in Maryland to San Diego, CA. The T&J office always answered or returned my calls during their business hours. Their projected delivery timing was pretty close, off by one day but fine with me. The big rig driver, Jacob, was outstanding, excellent care for the car, and professional with every step of the delivery. Thank you!!!

This company was straight forward, easy to work out details with and delivered my car from North Dakota to Los Angeles without any hiccups. I didn't have pay until after the dilevery. Tracey is great to deal with and helped me to feel confident shipping a car for the first time.

I can't say enough nice things about T&J Auto Transport. I found Joe and Tracey easy to work with, communicative, professional, and price competitive. As we live in a rural part of the state, they advised us it might take a couple days to find a driver willing to take the job. It did take a couple days, but they set the expectation at the beginning, were transparent about the process, and answered their calls and emails very promptly. Would totally use them again to ship a car.

Awesome experience! This was the first time having a vehicle transported. Connie was AMAZING!! She patiently handled all of my "lack of auto transporting experience" panic calls. My vehicle was picked up and delivered as promised. YES.... if I ever need "transporting auto" service again, I will definitely call Connie!
