This company was apparently contracted by Best Buy in West LA to remove my fridge. I had purchased a new one, and paid for "haul away and recycling." I tipped the drivers and thanked them. A half hour later, I look out the window and see they had not hauled the fridge at all. It was sitting on the sidewalk. After 2 hours on the phone, the drivers were finally ordered by dispatch to return and remove the fridge. Looked out the window and saw the fridge was finally gone. Next day, I go out for groceries and see they simply took the fridge and dumped it one street over, right on the sidewalk. Called them up and just got transferred from person to person, then hung up on. Talking to Best Buy now trying to get the situation resolved. This company, TTSI, is over-the-top awful. They were paid to take care of something, took a tip, and caused a massive headache not just for me, but for the entire neighborhood that is currently staring at an eyesore.

Terrible communication. The 3PL told me on the phone they would deliver my grill to the backyard. When they showed up, the delivery person refused to deliver it to the backyard. They said they could reschedule for another day and that person would deliver it to the backyard, but failed to mention it would be an additional $300. They also asked if I could find 2 friends to help!
