Training was the funnest 3 weeks I had in awhile. Solo on the road is great. They don't breathe down your neck. They will tell you that your life is more important than load so take your time an be safe.

I drive a tractor trailer as well but I wanted to hype on TMC, aka, Destination Excellence for a moment. I see them mostly in Indiana, Ohio, some in TX/AR area. These drivers are, to me, one of the best in the industry. Thanks for training these truckers the right way to stay safe and keep others safe around them. Much Respect! Kat

14987 just tried to run us off the highway on 285 at 6pm in Atlanta with no provocation. My husband had to swerve out to the on ramp. Then, he flipped us off for no reason. Get rid of this guy before he hurts somebody.

Excellent Company. Sadly my days at TMC came to an end but that will not stop me from making a honest review. They took me in NO EXPERIENCE, shoot I never had stepped foot in an 18 wheeler before, but they took me in and showed me how to drive, secure a load, understand dot and the logs and even how to properly pre trip, everything they promised me they never lied about I was home EVERY weekend and yes on occasion maybe I got home on a Saturday but still made it. After my training period I was sent to one of the terminals to receive my truck and after that I was out making money. They do not micromanage you, they don’t really bother you at all as long as you do the SIMPLE things get your load, secure it properly, drive safely, deliver on time, and manage your logs is that really hard? TMC will always be apart of me no matter where I am THATS HOW much of a good company it is

Great trucking company! I did 5 years with these guys and thoroughly enjoyed growing my knowledge and experiences with them. This is not for the faint of heart or lone rangers who can't follow rules. Very professional and if you carry yourself as such and grind like you want it, TMC will provide you a path to the opportunity you want. In 5 years I went from 0 experience to owning my own truck, trailer, and business. But if that's not your goal, TMC retirement plan is unbeatable! They definitely take care of their drivers IF the driver professionally takes care of himself and TMC.
