I live at the end of a narrow lane barely wide enough for two normal vehicles. Today I was coming home from downtown and a giant truck was blocking the lane. He pulled forward a few feet when he saw me and then stopped again. I waited and waited, even though I needed to use the bathroom. Finally I honked my horn. Still no response. I honked a few more times and he finally got out of the truck and began making violent gestures while screaming at me. He finally got back in and pulled forward enough so that I could swing into the neighbors driveway and go around him. He got out of his truck again and continued screaming and making wild gestures. I am 82 years old and this was an unnerving experience. He could have politely explained why he was blocking the road instead of ignoring me. I didn’t know if he was talking on his phone or had a medical emergency.

Their drivers are dangerous. One of them nearly ran me off the road today because I passed him (appropriately) on the left. He had been going very slow, and I was running late, needed to be somewhere for something important, so I took my liberty to pass him. Unfortunately the person in front of me in my lane was entering the freeway at too slow a speed, so when I caught up, the truck driver revved up and squeezed up next to me, pushing me nearly off the road. If he wanted to go slow, he should have stayed slow. If he wanted to go fast, he should have gone fast in the 1st place. These guys need to put away their weenie egos and let people get where they need to go, instead of playing stupid games because they're bored immature losers.

Toby's Trucking had a truck driver that totalled my car while it was parked on a mall parking lot, the truck driver was driving while DUI and he was arrested. Now, Tobys trucking Insurance company is barely offering to pay the minimal even they admit being at fault. I will be left without a car for my family, no means of transportation. DOES ANYONE OF A PERSNOL PROPERTY DAMAGE ATTORNEY?

One of Toby's trucks lost a crate on the freeway that damaged my brand new car and could have killed us. They are refusing to take responsibility saying I can't prove it. They are irresponsible and dangerous.
