Did a complete tearoff, including plywood of our garage roof. Crew was quick, polite and professional. Garage was clean inside and out when job was completed. Very reasonably priced.

Just had a new roof installed by Todd Fritz and the crew were professional and courteous. They are extremely clean during and after the days work, cleaning the area before leaving for the day. Talking to Todd you can tell he's proud of his crew and the work being done and the material used is top quality.

While replacing my roof they changed a section of gutter from 4 inch To 6 inch. The installer refused to maintain the same configuration. Was very condescending, , as I asked him to not change the way the gutters were connected but he would not. (Would have required a few minutes more work). Anyway, the gutter now leaks like Niagara Falls where he connected. I contacted Todd Fritz more than once and they would not return a call. Do not use these people! They do not back up their work. I am 72 years old and now go up a ladder to use Magic Seal and also a bucket underneath.

Need two skylights and roof replaced. Someone came to my house to inspect and said they would send me an estimate. That was about 4 weeks ago. Never received by text, email or phone. I have called 3 times and was told everytime someone would get back to me Sent an email-got no answer. Finally went to there office, gave the woman there all the info. Said someone would get back to me. Still waiting a week later Guess they don't want my business. Terrible way to run a business About 3-4 years ago they replaced our main roof and we were very happy with them. Don't know what happened to them
