Horrific experience with their Delivery men. RUDE DELIVERY MEN, followed by Gas Lighting. Hooray! Horrendous! Upon arrival, the delivery men had the attitude of middle school students. We rushed home, dropped what we were doing and starting prepping the fridge. We advised them we need a moment to clear out the old fridge, annoyed at their attitude and lack of courtesy call. They stated they could only wait 15 minutes, we said okay, give us 15. They said 5 minutes had already passed, we said okay, we will rush. We were ready within about 5 minutes. This is where the gas lighting comes in. After us rushing home and rushing to clear our fridge within the time frames they allotted, they claimed they "did not feel safe". Are you serious??? How embarrassing for your company

I had a dryer delivered from Home Depot & they used Temco as the delivery company. The 2 delivery men that showed up were top notch. They arrived early, were polite, courteous and efficient. I was very impressed by the level of professionalism they both displayed, as that is something that seems to be lacking these days in many companies. Great job Temco, you’ve got yourself some great employees.

I just ran into one of their dangerous rude drivers, or should I say he almost ran into me intentionally. He also played chicken with and almost ran over another neighborhood woman who happened to see him attempt to strike me. It all began with him barreling down the middle of a narrow beach road with a 15mph speed limit at least twice the speed limit. When confronted by the many neighbors who witnessed, his response was to laugh and call us jerks. He was proud to tell us he was trained to deal with people. Never heard of the company before but they are evidently owned by Home Depot. Someone evidently needs to do a better job of vetting and training.

Delivery driver blocked traffic even though there was plenty of room to pull over and park. After 15 minutes of waiting and multiple people honking and asking them to move, they took their sweet time and then tried to fight people. They left garbage in the street from a new fridge being unwrapped.

8/20/2024 Today I had Temco deliver an electric dryer and return the gas dryer that was defective to Home Depot. Cesar and Mike were true professionals and called 20 - 30 minutes prior and arrived onetime. The removal of the previous dryer and new dryer was handled with precision accuracy and skill. Raul and Daniel were professional, knowledgeable and thorough in every aspect of the appliance delivery and installation. Their team approach and quality customer service is highly appreciated. Cesar and Rene were phenomenal and did a fantastic job, and my wife was quite happy. You can tell when two workers are in sync and have been working together for a while as the teamwork was incredible. As a retired municipal administrator, I can easily spot talent, and these two men are motivated and committed to excellence. The service friendly attitude and outlook of these two young men is commendable. I highly recommend David E. and Juan R. as well as Temco Logistics for your delivery and related services. Thank you.
