They only hire non Americans. Mostly Mexican employees. Weed smoking allowed on lunch break

After contacting the supplier we discovered top dog was the shipper, we then had to make contact on our end, to get our 'already delivered' item, delivered. Refrigerator that was desperately needed, tracking showed the item was delivered, apparently we needed to reach out to top dog to arrange actual delivery, at that time we had no clue who even had possession of our item. Two of the shippers phone support were very rude, offered no help, asked me why im calling them, then asked me if I "still want my item". Any one who has ever shipped items, knows this is not how it works.

Had my grandmothers dialysis delivered, and this young man by the name of Jake went the extra mile to make sure I had everything where it needed to be and with a smile on his face doing it

VERY rude and unprofessional. A simple phone call asking about their delivery strategies and how they go about delivering items to your house resulted in attitude from both ladies. One of them was named Patty. Basically just flat out gave me attitude that the delivery men place your item on any flat area that they see first outside your house. No options to deliver it to your door or bring it inside your house. First time ever having to deal with a delivery service of this nature and I will definitely NOT use Top Dawg ever again. I will request another service in the future if available. Top Dawg will definitely be last on my list now. Please take every negative review into consideration next time you deal with this company. I didn't believe the reviews until I had to deal with them myself. If you decide to go through with them, you will see for yourself. As another review says, be warned.

This place has had a piece of equipment to be delivered to us for many days. They keep giving us worthless excuses for not delivering and they don't keep us informed. Today is the third or fourth day they've promised delivery and guess what? It doesn't look like we're going to get it today. We paid close to 7,000 dollars for this stuff. We are an elderly couple who live solely on social security and we've been given the royal run around. Not only that, we've alreazy paid for this stuff, so as far as I'm concerned this is thievery and I plan on fling a complaint with the authorities. Disgraceful company.
