I got a car from Alex three years ago and I didn’t have any issues with my truck. It worked perfectly fine. I didn’t have to get any maintenance done except for oil change. Alex really sells perfectly good running cars at reasonable prices. I love this Car Lot my car was totaled out after three years From being hit in a car accident I’m going right back to Alex to get another car. I would refer this Car Lot to anyone in the world.

Had a great experience in finding my first car. Alex, who was my sales representative knew what I was looking as far as the style of Car and budgeting went. Could have not asked for a better experience than the one I had. Everything went perfect especially the timing. Thanks 😊

We looked at several cars at various dealers in the Bay area and Sacramento. Jeffrey at Top Gear was one of two who checked back with us on the vehicle and addressed our concerns and needs. Alex, who handled the final negotiation and paperwork, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He met all of our needs, and we had a few unusual ones, with Alex personally driving to retrieve a title for us. These guys far exceeded our expectations. They treat the customer right!

This place sold me a lemon car. I Financed a car 2016 Hyundai Elantra got the car a 70,000miles me not knowing because it was my first time getting a car from the Lott the guy told me the car is clean never had an accident. He lied the car was own by others who had previously before me and cars been in two accidents before me. I drove the car for 30,000miles always got my oil checked never had a check engine light. And out of No where my car just shut off in the middle of the road 2years later at 100,000 miles. The car will not drive also I traded in my 2003 Ford Focus for a down payment it was supposed to be $1500 plus my 1000$ in cash to go towards a new Vehicle which the car was sold at $15,000after pulling my credit report to find out how much I owe on the car. After two years I’m only at $11,000 and I was paying $363 every month on time. If I paid every month 363 x12months =$4,356 I’ve had the car two years now so where did all my down payment go ? I’m fed up I’m a poor honest hard working woman and I don’t deserve this. Now I have no car to drive and still owe over 11,000 on a car. They never gave me copies saying I traded my car into them. I call Knj for advice no one could help me they talk to me rude now or don’t answer the phone. I thought they where good people but they just want your money that’s all. Also did not let me know about car warranty

The people on this Auto Dealer they were so good, accommodating and friendly. They assist us not too long in waiting to release my car. I will recommend to visit them.
